This is the nearest airport to our wedding venue! If you are coming in from out of town, we recommend you fly in here. We suggest flying in a day early (September 19th) so you can enjoy the lake and local activities!

We’re so glad you’re considering staying at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe for the wedding! The hotel is just a quick 3-minute walk from the venue, so you won’t have to worry about transportation or parking.

We highly encourage individuals to check out AirBnB/VRBO options in Incline Village/Tahoe area. There are plenty of options ranging from affordability or a little higher quality.

We also encourage guests to group up with other individuals and rent an AirBnB/VRBO together if interested!

We highly recommend considering a car rental as your form of transportation for the days before and after the wedding. Ubers and Lyfts are not the most reliable sources of transportation in Reno-Tahoe.
